I own the website AuditionBoard and wish to sell. (Our domains are www.Auditionboard.com & www.Auditionboard.co.uk) Auditionboard is the largest free, simple, clear and user friendly website supplying audition and casting information for professionals in the UK entertainment industry. We provide a medium for Clients to search for and advertise to the massive amount of unemployed professionals in the industry. We also provide a platform for companies within the industry(Retail, Dance Studios, Performing Arts Schools) to advertise their products/services to a broad spectrum of professionals.

Auditionboard is a one of a kind company- there is very limited ways to find this information/work for free. There is only one main competitor in the market(The Stage) which has appeared on the internet within the last 2 years. Consumer feelings have shifted away from them, because of the lack of quality auditions and the fact that artists have to pay to view current auditions. We provide the competition to an underused market. Our targeted audience increases year by year because of the ‘pop culture’ we now live in.

The site is Fresh, Funky, Very simple for Customers to use and is run via a really straight forward content management system.

We have 1000’s of pieces of promotional material we will include with the website including client database, stickers, leaflets and company stationary. Please contact me for databases, cashflow charts, past marketing campaigns or any other information you might require.

Revenue Details

Revenue is generated each time an audition/workshop/tuition placement is made. We also charge for advertisers to place banners on the site and we earn additional income by commission on goods purchased through adverts via Affiliate Websites.

The company overheads are minimal.
We pay for internet usage (The cost of monthly broadband- approx £16)
We pay £199 annual content management system usage (Through Spiral Sites Management)
We pay website hosting fee £150 annual (Through Spiral Sites Management)

I currently run the business along with a full time job dedicating only 3 hours a month to the business; in reflection revenue is approx £50 a month. Minimal amounts of time devoted to this business could result in huge profits. I am selling because my full time job allows me no extra time and I am also relocating to Australia imminently.

Traffic Details

We have hundreds of unique daily hits and already have full Facebook and Myspace websites that run alongside www.Auditionboard.com. These sites generate a huge amount of traffic in themselves.
